A leading bike store from south London dealing in top of the range sports with multiple stores and Head quarters with ware house.
Specific requirements
Client needed an EPOS System which had features were managing stock over different locations. Their transaction were in low volume but with high cost. Stock control, Purchasing and Customer relationship management was crucial to them.
Solution Suggested
Microsoft Retail Management System was the recommended solution for the retailer due to its Powerful Stock control, easy customization features and being a product from the reliable Microsoft family.
Add Ons used:
All the add Ons for customer specific requirements were made by ARTs Technical team:
They were keen on customer loyalty maintenance and need to reward their customers. The loyalty add on was designed and implemented for this.
The also did the selling and buying of second hand bikes. An RMS integrated module for selling second hand items at the shop was developed for this.
The stock take was conducted on PDA handheld devices using Stock take, Price Check, Selling from PDA etc were done through Price Check and Selling components.
